Appfolio Financial & Maintenance Portal Links
We utilize 3 customer portals, and one two vendor portals.
Our primary portals are the resident and owner portals provided by Appfolio, and they handle maintenance, financial, and property specific options such as viewing 1099s.
We also utilize a company "help portal" where you can submit help requests, view past history etc. This is basically our customer management system, and Appfolio is our property management system. Those links are below.
We can and often do accept small payments using the "company portal" options because customers love the simplicity, but you are always welcome to pay via Appfolio.
